We have a call centre in place to follow up any sales enquiries on your behalf, within 24 hours of first point of contact. We will re-qualify the customer with our specialist team and reappoint on behalf of your sales team to suit you.
We also speak to any "lost sales" that may have been on your system for a certain period of time but without success. We can establish their reason for not
completing the purchase with you. This will enable us to identify if there may be particuliar training needs for some of your staff or the customer may
still be in the market therefore there may still exist some opportunity.
